Shirts

Q: What size shirt should I order?
A:  
The v-necks and purple dolmans (breathe baby down) run a solid size small.  Every customer that has sized up has been happy that they did.  How many sizes you should size up depends on your build.  If your bust is small-medium proportion with your body, you are probably okay sizing up one size.  If you have a curvier figure and/or a larger bust, you may want to size up 2 sizes.  If you are typically in between sizes, you will at least need to go with the larger of the "in between" sizes, if not the next size up.  Again, this depends on your body type and your preference for how the shirts fit.  These shirts have a decent amount of stretch to them, but not everyone likes the shirt to fit snug. Returns/Exchanges

Q:  Ack! I need to make an exchange.  What do I do?
A:   Please contact us first at support@theoxytocinemporium.com so we can best determine how to help you with your exchange.  We want you to be happy with your order, and we will work hard to make sure your order is just the way you wanted!  If you are unhappy with your purchase or need a different size apparel item, we will gladly exchange it for you!    

  • Using a shipping service with package tracking, ship your return item(s) to:

    The Oxytocin Emporium

    We suggest using a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
  • Once we receive & inspect the item(s), we will ship your replacement items out the next business day (unless otherwise discussed) at our cost.  

Q:  My items arrived broken/damaged.  I'm so sad.  Now what!?
A:  Oh no!  Sometimes, things get beat up in the mail, or defects slip by quality control (although this is extremely rare!).  We will work with you to fix the problem as quickly as possible.  Please contact us at support@theoxytocinemporium.com so we can determine how many items from your order need to be replaced.  You may be asked to provide a photo.  Typically, we will get your replacement out in the mail to you by the next business day.    

 

Product Questions


Q:  I really love your sticker designs, but I was hoping to get them as magnets.  Is this possible?
A:  
Well....no, and yes.  Getting magnets made is about twice as expensive per piece as getting stickers made, and in order to make it an affordable product for us as well as you, the customer, we would have to place a fairly large, very expensive, order of magnets.  At this time, it's not feasible to offer the same designs as both stickers and magnets.  However, if you are interested in placing an order for 20 or more of a single design in the magnets, email us at support@theoxytocinemporium.com and we can set up a custom order for you!  

Q:  I would love to get my business information printed on one of your shirts!  Do you do customization?
A:  Unfortunately, we do not offer business customization on our shirts.  We out source our screen printing services to a local company, and they have a minimum of 36 shirts for any customization.  
Q:  What about vinyl iron on letters for business customization?
A:  We choose not to do vinyl iron-ons customization because of quality concerns.  Vinyl iron-ons will not hold up as well to washing and drying as the screen printed area, and we would hate for your shirt to look worn before it has to!
